Sexlab nolvus

Hey guys I’m trynna install sexlab on my Skyrim AE currently with the nolvus modlist. I downloaded the sexlab ae version and downloaded it into mo2 but when in game a notification appears that no Skyrim is detected or I have the wrong version. I have legal Skyrim special edition with the anniversary upgrade and I downloaded the sexlab anniversary edition version but that notification appears and when I access the mcm it also won’t let me install it cuz it doesn’t detect Skyrim or it’s version.

Easy .. I had the same configuration and the same issue. The issue is Nolvus is not Skyrim AE but rather SEE -- you need to download SexLabFremeworkSE_V163.7z. So you need to download the earlier release of SexLab and everything will work ok. Keep in mind for the same choice for other SexLab mods.

Hi ! How have you add Sexlab mod to Nolvus ? have you encounter any conflict, or specific setting to set ? For exemple for animation do you need to rebuild nemesis or fnis ?

yes. You have to rebuild nemesis animation library. 

 

I ended giving up on Nolvus for integration with my set of mods. I cannot say for sure if it was because LoversLab, Ostim, and other hand-picked mods, but I ended always with a critical failure on leveling up my character past lvl 10-15. 

 

I have opted for a more light-weight Nexus collection, providing still beautiful bodies, hair, clothing and more, and I added my stack of mods. I am doing great with that option.

I am curious, what was this critical failure? Ostim Standalone definitely has some issues but not SL.

It was not a critical failure in loading or CTD. It was an issue I have encountered leveling my char. Nolvus is leveraging a system of mods where you can level up and gain experience from a sum of activities. You go to sleep, and then assign the points to the skill tree category. It was all going well until I reached lvl 10-15. It was not a precise failure at a precise moment. It was just an issue the system was hanging on something and not allowing to add points to the skill trees.  I attempted to add and remove mods, and  troubleshoot as best as I could, but the issue manifested itself with that configuration several times.

 

I have gave up  and install a brand new collection, which I have implemented back all sex mods. One critical difference between Nolvus and my new install is the skill system is closer to the vanilla release. -- still expanded spells and so on. So, I do not go  to sleep to level up. That build has not issues and I am playing as time permits (and Fallout 4 ....)
