pokemon Does this mod files even exist after these years or is "it" somewhere hidden?

Long story short.

Used a "Wayback machine" on a Request Form which before doing so the page itself supposedly contains a link to a page where it doesn't even exist. After digging around the dates it apparently was a functional page back in the years. 

May not have the full context on what did happen in-between those years however most be a chance those mod files are still out there. Maybe in someone's backup or somewhere most forgotten hidden from the public eyes.
 
Does make me a little curious for the reason why it doesn't exist.

Nintendo probably got it taken down. Messing with nintendo IPs always have the risk of getting their attention and getting shut down by them.

Damn... tried to look it up on his Pat but anywhere on just couldn't find it but except on this but checking through the mega folders contains nothing at all, guess the public will never see these Mods in the light of day
