[REQ] Nudity mod.

Hey. First off: I know about the streaker-perks and kinkyperks mods.

But seeing as there are so many mods, especially overhauls that changes the perk trees, those mods are mostly incompatible. 

 

This mod http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/37238/? however, uses an entirely different system for giving the player different effects. 

So I was thinking, would it be possible to make a mod like that, which allows you trade in dragon souls for different kinds of powers when you are nude? 

 

Here are some examples:

 

Draconic body: When nude, you gain + 200 armorrating and + 100 health and stamina. Health/Stamina Regen also increases 50%

 

Draconic mind: When nude, you gain + 200 magicka, and +100% faster magicka regen.

 

Draconic resistance: When nude, you gain + 50 frost, fire and shock resistance and + 20 magic resistance.

 

Draconic visage: When nude, you gain + 20 speechcraft, and some kind of fear aura that makes low-level npc flee from combat with you.

 

Draconic wrath: When nude, your thuum regenerates 50% faster and your destruction spells do 30% more damage. 

 

Draconic strength: When nude, you gain + 30% damage with melee weapons and + 100 carrying capacity.

 

Draconic agility: When nude you gain + 20% movement speed, and + 20 to stealth.

 

The logic behind this is that the dragonborn becomes more in touch with his/hers draconic side when not wearing anything. (Amulets and rings should be allowed though.)

 

I don't know how to go about making this, my knowledge of the creation kit is quite limited.
