Weird facial expression bug

I've started having a bug on one of my characters where her facial expression keeps changing to strange looks that come and go frequently. At times she looks normal with no mfg expression and other times her face is contorted into weird expressions. It seems to be specific to the one character because when I loaded my nord she didn't do it. I safely uninstalled and reinstalled conditional expressions thinking it was acting up but it didn't fix it. I'll attach a couple sceenshots of the face to show what's happening and post my load order.

 

Also I noticed that similar facial expressions come up during SLHH events however when I reset the quest it didn't fix it so I'm not sure.

Sorry for necro but I'm encountering the exact same "bug" and found no other post talking about it. I thought it was Conditional Expressions too but after uninstalling it and cleaning up the scripts the issue is still there.
 

Did you find a solution / the culprit after all these months ?

Have you installed Expressive Facial Animation Female (and Male) which are required by HPH?

Without going through your hundreds of plugins I would say that this is Sexlab/Flower Girls related.

 

Clearly looks like sex expressions which continue in ordinary gameplay. I think I had this before in LE.

 

 

Try loading a save where this was not present. Alternatively start a new game and see if the issue is happening.

 

If the issue is happening on a new game then it is mod/load order related. If it is not happening then You have an issue that was "baked" into your save.
