kupa11 Posted September 18, 2023 Posted September 18, 2023 Hello. I'm trying to add or swap one texture on gloves from vtaw's wardrobe 7 to gold one from casual heels from wardrobe 8, but it doesn't glow like the one from wardrobe 8. Does anyone understand what I mean and would help me? On ss i've shown what I meant. I want gloves to have this shiny texture like boots do. But when i try to replace some files in materials it adds zipper and some stitches. Thanks
Andy14 Posted September 18, 2023 Posted September 18, 2023 The texture used must match the UV of the mesh. To get the UV, open the Nif with Nifskope. Right click on the mesh and then Texture\Export Template. With the help of the UV you can create new textures in Gimp/PaintDotNet/Paintshop. So diffuse, normal and specular map. Alternatively, you can export the mesh as an Obj from Outfit Studio and import it into Blender and paint the textures there directly.. And to get the right shine, use the right shaders in the bgsm.

Textures are done, but the glow is missing. I've already editted them to look similar to boots ones, but still they look like on the screenshot.
