"You feel traumatized" repeats over and over again

Not sure which mod is responsible but when I take Addictol, I start seeing a never ending notification "You feel traumatized", and the screen slow fades in and out like an FX is playing on and off.

could it be one of these mods

- Better Living through Cumistry
- Sex Attributes

- Milking Human Kindness

The trauma notification is from Sex Attributes but it normally will only appear after an event that's caused trauma (non consensual sex). I've not seen it repeating continuously though so it sounds like your setup has a problem or you're using a very old version of SA (or some other mod is triggering trauma constantly)

I had something similar appear last night when I drank Refreshing beverage (removes all addictions). My character has pre-existing conditions that give him "addiction buff", and after a consumable removes those, they get immediately added back by the script, which spammed the notifs like crazy. Sounds like yours did the same but got stuck in the loop. Reload a save before taking Addictol and try a doctor instead? You could also go look through the Sex Attributes support thread because I could swear I read about someone having this same problem before...just can't remember what the fix was.

Thanks I looked but couldn't find the context in the AAF SA support thread. I have reached a blocking point, playing NR, where the Overboss forces you to drink Addictol, so I'm stuck.

Back up one save and pick a different dialog line where you don't get the addictol. I play NR all the time and don't ever remember getting that potion from him.

I just replayed it from an older save. There's no distinct dialogue action that leads to Addictol - it is given regardless of choices. Thanks
