Ghost Polygon around some characters

I have really no idea how to describe this other than a ghost polygon shape is appearing around some characters when they changed clothing.

What did I do wrong?

What do I need to do to fix it?

Looks like you have a Mesh missing or incorrect version or just corrupt.
 

Her feet are missing so I would start with that.

I keep getting a netimmerse error with pony boots, but feet don't disappear

Select that character in console - Type inv - look at the footwear they have.
Use Additem to give yourself the same footwear and equip it. Does the same thing happen to you?

Can't help you with the Pony boots, don't have anything like that in my game but if you are using AE make sure the mods you install are compatible with it. I would take an educated guess SE meshes and AE meshes are compatible but that is still only a guess.
