Need help with the kids

I downloaded a mod idk which one, but it got rid of all the kids like it teleports them to Volunruud just outside the entrance and whenever I get close the teleport again to that area

 

I would like to know how to turn this off as it interrupts with some quests like the whispering door and innocence lost.

I have tried turning off all the sex mods to see which one it was but none of them made it stop. please help
