Yeah, that would be cool to have a Horga'hn put in there lol

The planet it's self would be so amazing if someone did it the way it appears in TNG and Enterprise. It would probably be 

the number one place for screen shots and places to incorporate sex mods and dungeons. 

The online game put it in as well so modders have a great resource of a layout

In that sense Starfield planets can be literally anything without ruining feeling of other areas

Neon certainly needs an overhaul. Casinos, strip clubs, brothels, the whole bit. Make the market and plaza more glittery and sexy to give them more contrast to the industrial underbelly and seedier ebbside. Neon is "anything goes if you have the money" so I want to see hidden sections of the underbelly hide illicit labs, death match rings, snuff studios. All of the depravity that humanity has to offer.
