It would probably be the number one place for screen shots and places to incorporate sex mods and dungeons. Make the market and plaza more glittery and sexy to give them more contrast to the industrial underbelly and seedier ebbside. Neon is "anything goes if you have the money" so I want to see hidden sections of the underbelly hide illicit labs, death match rings, snuff studios. All of the depravity that humanity has to offer. 3
