sexlabutil.dll is missing or outdate

So I'm on Skyrim 1.6.342, and I'm using SKSE for the 342 version no problems with SKSE for any other mods, It only happens with sexlab
so I downloaded various sexlab versions (v1.65/ v1.64, b, and c, and the just numbers one), any they all crash the game on opening don't even see the Bethesda logo, so downlaoded v1.63 and it opened the game and horay, but I get missing on outdated sexlabutil.dll message, I tried everything, tried to reinstall, tried to make sexlab win all the conflicts, disabled all mods that add extra animations and all mods for sexlab anyway, only the framework to be active and still, toke the sexlabutil file and pasted it in the overwrite folder (MO2) 
so all I'm asking is, what is the EXACT sexlab or sexlabutil for 1.6.342?

None.

SL was released for 1.5.97, 1.6.353 and current 1.6.640 versions. Those in-between versions received very little or no support at all. You should either downgrade to 1.5.97 or update to current version. Without even looking at your modlist I'm sure most if not all your mods are compatible or replaceable for either version. Can't say the same about 342 or similar versions.

Like Just Don't mentioned you should either use 1.5.97 or the latest steam version. Any other versions except these are mostly not supported by mods.

what are the pros and cons of downgrading?
as i see a lot of bugs this there in the newer version, so I'm if im gonna downgrade I want to know what going to happen.

There are no notable differences between versions, if anything the latest one would be the one with the least bugs since there were a few bugfixes in both official and unofficial patches that aren't available for 1.5.97 (you're stuck using an old USSEP version, you also can't use any mod with a dll that isn't released or backported for 1.5.97 or other pre 1.6 versions).

 

This whole game version only matters because SKSE plugins (mods with a dll basically) are only compatible with some versions. You'll have to check your modlist and see which mods are available only for 1.5.97 or 640, then update or downgrade, replace or update your mods and move on.
