Everything works fine aside from that, including raping her.

 EDIT: I uninstalled everything and then reinstalled it a couple of times and now it works.

Welcome to the club. I don't know of anyone that managed to get a properly running fully loaded Sexout game going without running into some issues. If you do check my sig there are some useful links that you can check into.
