I don't know if this file is really important?

I really don't know if this file is really important because I found this file takes up 2gb in the mod file, who really knows information about this flie should I delete them?

Must be some weird merged package with who knows whgat inside.

Where did you get it from? The only file that is in mods folder from the start is the resource.cfg file.

If you are playing with the HQ modyou might really need this file as it could provide a lot of HQ images.
