Missing Textures for Some Items

Started a new game, and this started happening.

 

Is there a way to (1) figure out which mod this is and (2) how to fix?

 

I have Torture Devices, Devious Devices, Real Handcuffs, and LE's Piercings. But maybe it's from a clothing mod? Not sure how to tell.

List the inventory in the console with "show inventory" - the ID is there (without "").
The first two digits of the ID is the mod/order.
