What causes the "dick on top of dick" issue with creature animations?

I have ABC and a handful of creature animations installed, but I noticed that creatures such as wolves have the ABC version of the dick basically placed on top of the dick that's actually attached to their body, if that makes sense. What causes this issue? Is it some kind of overwrite error between ABC and another mod? It happens with multiple animation packs, including Billyy, Anubs, etc.

I played around with some things and I think the first issue is resolved. Now I have the issue where most creatures don't have dicks. What is the main cause of this?

Attached is my load order and plugin list, if that helps.

 

I'm sure my load order is a mess, sorry about that. I get very confused on what should overwrite what since multiple mods say "don't let anything overwrite my mod".

It gets even more confusing when certain parts of mods overwrite certain parts of other mods, instead of it being a flat "all of mod A overwrites all of mod B". I'm sure that's part of the problem...

I apologize, I can't take any screenshots at the moment although I thought I'd be able to. I'll get you some as soon as I can. Though I can't provide a picture, I can say that animations play out like normal, there is proper collision during insertion and all that, but there's simply no dick there. They've all disappeared. If that makes sense. It's not that they're flaccid, they just aren't loading in.

 

Regarding ABC and Hentai Creature, I reinstalled ABC and chose not to select any retexture patches, as I don't have the mods required. 

 

I've attached a few screenshots of rules and overwrites, and the FNIS report. Thanks for being so helpful with this.

 

Is this what you mean regarding LOOT? I ran it through LOOT again and LOOT made no changes to the loadout order.

Again, these values work. No double dicks, no (or very few) missing schlongs. Your load order is screwed up. 

 

BTW, I noticed that in FNIS you don't check the HKX file compatibility box? Why? I thought that was SOP.

I'll reinstall in that order when I can. I always get nervous when touching multiple mods at once though  because if something gets screwed up, there's multiple mods that could cause issues instead of one. 

 

I'm curious, what do you mean when you say this can't be fixed by changing the load order? If I understand everything right, all these conflicts will still be present no matter how I install everything.

Oh damn I didn't even realize I had XP32 overwriting ABC. That may be the issue. I'll play with it when I can and get back to you.

 

I forgot to check the HKX compatibility box when I ran FNIS that time. I always check it if I can remember to, it just doesn't stay auto-checked so sometimes I forget

true, but in that case, I believe that the load order I showed for ABC & skeleton is the recommended setting in Vortex (which OP uses as well), and that's not because of any other mods or how they interact, but (afaik) because that's the order that the two need to function properly.

Here's a screenshot of the issue. This is an animation with 3 wolves. Obviously one of the wolves has a dick (and the animation is horribly aligned). It's kinda hard to tell from the screenshot, but the other two wolves in the animation don't have dicks. I also made ABC overwrite XPMSE and that appears to do nothing.
