Fallout New Vegas Fertile Breeders not letting game start

Hello! I've been working for hours trying to fix up the mods. Once I got them all working my game would start up and I would get to the ranger in the main menu, but the game would freeze and the text wouldn't show up for the main menu. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

I've gotten all my mods to work. Would reinstalling the mod fix the problem?
