You need more posts in order to PM him/her. I would recommend the Big Board of Games for quick and simple posts (do obey the rules for the games or the posts will be deleted and you'll be right back where you started). If you can' get a response to a PM (once that becomes available) quote me here for further ideas.

Utilize in which way? If it's not open source or you otherwise don't feel like it's polite to use the code, you can consider adding it as a dependency to your mod so you can use it without actually taking the code. C# even has nifty features to help you avoid touching third party code, like extension methods, that might help you.
