fauiwen Posted August 22, 2023 Posted August 22, 2023 I quit Skyrim a while ago, but I saved some of my mods. There used to be one on Nexus called "Actor Weight Manager" which is no longer there, but can still be found online on a foreign website. This particular mod lets you manage the weight of a few NPCs that you manually select and it stays the way you set it, no neck gaps or anything, no matter what happens. Now the issue I am having is that when an NPC gets into a SexLab animation, the body stays at the weight I set it, but the head and neck go back to the default weight and create the gap, which did not use to happen before and I am not sure what could be the trigger. I tried playing around with every single setting from SL but nothing seems to work, reinstalled most of my mods and tried changing the load order but to no avail. Can anyone help me with this?
anjenthedog Posted August 22, 2023 Posted August 22, 2023 well... Afaik, you could just use setnpcweight via console and be done wif it.
fauiwen Posted August 22, 2023 Author Posted August 22, 2023 setnpcweight leaves that annoying neck gap which I am trying to find a solution to.
Dorabella Posted August 22, 2023 Posted August 22, 2023 Does it involve men or female? Try reinstall skeleton?
fauiwen Posted August 22, 2023 Author Posted August 22, 2023 Males. I did try to reinstall the skeleton but did nothing. My guess is that SexLab animations trigger a refresh on the NPC or something of the sort, which overrides the change that Actor Weight Manager did, not sure what setting it is or how to change it, to be honest, I'm just guessing at this point. I'll attach the 2 mods I have, the old one from 2019, and the new version from 2023 just in case someone can check what their code does and what could be the problem.
