FuzzyWonder
I recently starting playing Fallout Vegas again and using blackout ENB. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/48203//? Is there a setting in the ini.file similar to increase the specular amount like skyrim enb's for New Vegas ENB's? Pic attached to what im looking for. Link to comment
FuzzyWonder
Ok. 2 months later - Take 2 - Has im playing Vegas again. Im using Boris's Vorontsov v237 Enb. What settings in the ini file for the enb can give a shiny wet look for the skin textures . I played with the settings a good bit and I cant seem to simulate the pic above. Link to comment
Imperfection
This is not an ENB function as far as I know, you need to have normal textures that produce that effect and somes mesh parts that have exposed skin need material glossiness set to 100 to get shine, try this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/51630/? FuzzyWonder
Thank you for the quick response. I have been already using that mods female textures. Now my question is how do I simulate those pics of the Enb version - like in that mods pics in the ini settings. Because I seem to be getting bright/blurr effect and its not coming out clear like those pics. Link to comment
Imperfection
You should ask author of blackout ENB or author of RCP Rena Elves what settings were used in screenshot or maybe use normal maps from RCP Rena Elves. In my ENB setup glossiness is highly dependant on light sources, screenshot looks like extra lights are shining on charcater or in direct sunlight, just my guess. Link to comment

I'm not really understanding the post after this one, but perhaps this can help you out instead of the approach you are taking. Check it out here. Link to comment
myuhinny
When I did my RCP elf I just used nifskope and loaded the players body parts into it one at a time and changed the glossiness float to 1000.0000. Just load a body part up click the body part to find it in the left side list click the arrow to the left that has the words NiMaterialProperty to the right of the arrow it should have a colorful looking corsant looking thing in the line. Double click the numbers right of the words glossiness float and change them from whatever they are at to 1000.0000. Be sure once you have changed it go up and hit the save as button so that it overwrites the nif file. Gloss at 1000.0000. http://niftools.sourceforge.net/wiki/NifSkope Link to comment
