Game freeze anytime I go near anywhere that has water.

My game runs fine for 99% of the time but anytime I go anywhere around water the game keep freezing, like being near Lake Mead or anywhere near riverside, even when I in a sewer where there is  only a bit of water my game will likely freeze as well, anyone got a fix for this?

 

I tried to uncheck all the water setting in advanced options, didn't help.

Some steps to discover the problem

1 disable all mods and check if the issue persists

2 update video drivers

3 disable antialiasing

4 did you install any HD texture mods?

5 enable 1 mod (or more if you want to speed up the testing)

6 test

7 repeat 5 and 6 until you find the guilty mod

 

8 check if you "Need" the guilty mod, if yes goto 9, else delete the guilty mod

9 check if you have all requirements of the guilty mod and if there are other users reporting similar issues and/or fixes for the issues.

After some testing I can confirm it's not cause by any mods I use, but I think I finally fix it by update New Vegas Tick Fix to the latest version.
