Ok so I have everything installed, and this might be a dumb question, but how do I have sex with npcs in the first place? The only skills I have are instill lust (which makes them masturbate) and masturbate. If I try to talk to them while they are lusty all I get is that they are unconscious. Please HELP :'(

You need a plugin which allows you to have sex. Lovers with PK does nothing it's own.

 

It clearly says so in the mod description.
