Has anyone tired this Unique Player body" mod before?

It has an odd prerequiste that has  aprerequite of its own that no longer exists.

P,lus the mod itself in quite old pre update.

 

I always wanted this fucntionality so not all the other girls have the same nice body I do.

To be more unique.

 

But I am wary of getting a mod in there since I had a lot of problems in the past with bad mods messing things up and taking hours to be fixed.

I remember seeing check boxes when installing mods that one has to tick if using Unique Player, so if you do you will have to go back through your mod list to reinstall them and check for it.

 

I don't commit a lot of that stuff to my brain memory as I don't use presets, someone else may be of more help...Good Luck.

Direction say to tranfer copy/paste files for NMM but i have vortex.

Or how does it work?

 

I read posters there say to download a player race mod too

And the instruction go over NMM not vortex.

 

And the it says CBBE has been moved to "Unique player bods" but that looks like its just some bodyslides.

 

I am so confused and worried I will mess things up. that will force me to tear down/rebuild my game

I used it back in 2016, you basically build your normal body then copy the files to the unique body folder. So in reality, you can't fork up your base body. It's always in it's original place.

And if you don't like it, delete the mod and game goes back to using the normal body everyone, in game, is using.

Personally, I found it to bothersome to mess with.

so i currently have  abody slide build and it applies to both me and my NPCs.

If I do this will the NPCs keep the old body slide or revert to Vanilla?

 

And if I build in bodyslide doesnt it all go to all clothes worn including by NPCs?

How do I "build my body" for this to work?

I can donwload a bodylside file which then must be built via bodyslide and then it gets applied to all NPCs no?

or do I donwload a body slide file into thise new folder this mod is creating manually?

 

And if so how do I then build my body slide files for myself when they are already built for the NPCs with the current preset?

I think I solved it in a different way.

I re adjusted myself after building all bodymorphs in the SLM setting.

It worked and my figure looks different (better) now than everyone else's

That's actually the easy way. Make the adjustment via Looksmenu to your liking and save the Preset. Then you can apply that Preset whenever you like. I've got hundreds of them. LOL
