Custom bodies are cool, but they never properly align (99% of the time) at the waist and possibly the neck. My issue stems form the availability of outfits for a custom body since they could wear standard EA type outfits and have one look, then get naked and it's a completely 'different' Sim. Very few Custom bodies will be able to mix and match outfits as well.

 

Most I've seen have at least a couple options for clothing so using a DEFAULT custom body isn't aesthetic for an entire world, but for a specific Sim, sure - I do it frequently. It means though WHEN they engage in Modded Sex I must be prepared to switch them to their naked outfit since you can customize it as well. Kinky world isn't 'smart enough' to scan a sims naked outfit (which IS 2 pieces) and substitute the the SAVED naked outfit top and/or bottom when a clothing item is removed through scripting.

 

Kinky World makes a 'copy' of the default naked body and uses it whenever needed which is annoying since one loses all accessories when using this body (Nudist beach for example) and the player can't access it through NRaas which doesn't know it exists.
