has happened to me before.

if you also get weird lines on the overworld like glitched wind patterns on your map, it may be any armor or follower you installed not long ago.

I do not know HOW or WHY but it does specially mods gotten from korean japanese or chinese sites.

it may be something with the version of Skyrim they used.

Or maybe its another thing for you. in any case, unistall any new mod you had and try that.

This is a recent thing. I haven't had this happen before. I'm playing with dyndolod and xlodgen.

This looks like bugged skin physics (breast, ass, thighs, etc., basically anything set to "jiggle" instead of remain static).

Makes sense. I'm going to keep moving my character around from populated areas to wilderness. So far, this shows up at the Bannered Mare, Whiterun town center, and across the river- south of Riverwood- near Angie's (?) cabin- not a lot of NPCs there...

Are you saying that I should remodel clothes in low weight in outfit studio? Or just rebuild my body in bodyslide and rebuild all the outfits? Or both? Sorry, would you mind explaining this to me?

No , the problem is on the body , not the clothes . When you remodel , you just have to transfer the weights from High to Low

Open the console, click on the NPC with the problem , enter the string : setnpcweight 100 , press enter and , the problem disappears

The problem is that the two weight meshes (_0.nif and _1.nif) have the bones listed in a different order and/or don't have the same bones at all.  That is a user-end error; you edited something incorrectly.  Hard to say what to fix beyond that, as we would actually need to see the nif files to go further.

Got it. Thank you. I'm doing a clean install and I'm going to set this up right.

I'm scratching it all and starting over. I made my own 3ba bodyslide preset and probably fucked something up.

Other sistem :
Make a Backup of femalebody _1 , femalehands_1,femalefeet_1

Install COCOBody A (CBBE ) or B /UUNP)  , This body is composed of a single part

Rebuild with Bodyslide

Copy/drop femalebody_1 , femalehands_1 , femalefeet_1 and fix it
