Help to change outfits for npc roles

I am having trouble changing the outfits of sims npc (like maid, mailman, teacher and etc) when they are in their roles, could someone help me?

If you have MC Command Center installed, there's an option to modify a Sim's career outfit when clicking on a Sim > MC Command Center > Sim Commands (names might differ slightly, I'm playing in German). This also works on role NPCs like bartenders and DJs, as these roles are their careers.

why don't you try using command :

 

testingcheats true   and  CAS.fulleditmode

 

then you can use MC Command Center  freely repair the sim just like when you first created the game,
