Skyrim Porting?

Why aren't there any frost Trolls or giants ported into Fallout4? 

It seems a logic evolution for advance modders?

I wouldnt mind a mod that changes ghouls into trolls?

I ask this question assuming the wise people of Bethesda arent already raining on my parade...

FO4 is a smaller modding scene than Skyrim, so fewer modders and those who mod well... Looks like none of them have had an interest in this.

There is a Fallout Fantasy Mod out there which ontroduced trolls and elves and makes it less modern and more dungeons and dragony.

I will install it eventually but right now the regular FO4 works fine for me.

 

What I would like to see more of, is the wonderful charcter presets ported into FO4.

I think this would be pretty difficult to do because a lot of aspects wouldn't port directly over and would need to be re-built from scratch.

 

For example, the animations. You would have to make all the walk, turn, attack animations...
