Finally figured out how to keep the converter from popping dents out of a body that were placed there on purpose.

New hepsy cloth set. Bikini is made like SPB's bikini strings look like they are cutting off circulation I was able to convert it to TGND and keep the dents.

The last shot is a bit basic because it was for a Q&A thing (where I roleplayed as Cris answering the questions asked in the comments section, which is something I rarely do (roleplay as one of my characters that is)) that sadly bombed, which is another reason I hate the fucking ninja endorsements on the nexus all I get is a fucking number and a number doesn't tell me anything.

I'm actually getting tired of the nexus' bullshit; the ninja endorsements, crappy servers (it's not my fucking connection or browser) which made getting the link for that first shot of Cris a bitch (took me 5 tries with 2 different browsers whereas everything else loads just fine) and the fact that they're now pushing everyone to endorse every mod they downloaded /rant.

Last (as in absolute last, as in final) shot I've uploaded to the nexus. So after 1392 images over 4 different nexus sites I'm finally done with uploading images there. The recent problems they've been having have only served to galvanise my decision to leave.

Can't believe I forgot about Reapers dark tower mod. Fits my character great, Better then the place I was using. Even came with some bad girls. I just don't know which one is the private dancer that comes with the tower.

Possibly, I don't take shots of my characters fucking as a rule but other kinds of shot might crop up. It really depends on whether or not I feel like taking that kind of shot.

Lady elegance converted to TGND the one my player is wearing was retextured by me except for the stuff that is mesh rigged to the wrong texture.

SPB's melonknight converted to more of a appleknight. Don't mind the red in the first pic I didn't notice it as I was in TFC mode and accidentally got part of my players outfit in the shot.

 

This one my player is wearing I edited the hearts on the breasts  for shits and giggles. People should use this when posting nudes on the nexus.

I've returned to Oblivion after years and it feels so good.

 

It's a long time I struggle to do so and these days I couldn't resist, I've finally chosen to get back to it instead of my Fallout(s).

I played only vanilla at that time and I'm really enjoying a good looking and personalized Oblivion.

Retextured a nice dress and on a trip with my companion.

It took me the whole day to figure out a couple of things about followers in Oblivion, further time for setting up the dialogues because I don't remember the most useful lines of dialogue as in Fallout.

I was stubborn having him riding and walking by my side and now he does it. I wanted Lerexus from the first time I've met him outside Leyawiin in that rainy night, but disappeared, now he's mine.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Made the map months ago feeling nostalgic of Oblivion, I like it and I'm using it in game thanks to Dynamic Map, so there is no distortion.

Thank you dark, I'll try to provide answers as best I can.

 

 

 

 

Yes, I'm using enb and always on, because this time around I don't feel I lose the original atmosphere of the game, it's just a necessary improvement, in my opinion enb or obge are TRULY needed in Oblivion.

 

In the end I've decided to keep the enb over obge and I'm working on the various things accordingly.

 

About which one, I really like ATE version and I have that but I've also tried a couple. Best thing to do is to get what is available and test them all extensively to see the results in game, then tweak the favorite one until you are satisfied.

 

I have tried several settings and still can't find a definitive one for my taste, still testing and tweaking, you can see it very differs from pic to pic. For the interiors too, which will take further several tries and testing I'm sure.

 

The weather is indeed based on the enb since I play with it no matter what, and I'm making several adjustments in order for the clouds to have bigger visibility and contrast since the enb has washed out the sky for me, in some of my settings at least, it was really too dull.

 

The sky textures I'm working on are a mix of stock photos, a stock from a Morrowind mod, and some vanilla.

 

Terrains and landscape textures, same thing, I'm trying to put together what I like most and modify based on my taste and needs the best I can.

 

There is one worth of checking and installing, I've grabbed something also from there, Darooz landscapes, it's a very good job and the normals are nicely done. Worth also to check the other works from Darooz, the Bruma one is very good and I think I will use it.

 

The buildings are just the vanilla I'm trying to improve both diffuses and normals because I struggle to stay as much as possible near the original and completely replace a building texture only if it's tragically necessary. But I did just a few things so far, the enb alone greatly helps in making them look better.

 

For plants there is a very good mod I use, the Floriana Gloria mod, it has biggest resolution for flowers and plants than other mods (those seem better in preview but in game they are not). I just modified the colors for some flowers and I'm going to do the same for some of the trees but the mod itself is very good and it's worth as it is, also the author tried to diversify the various regions and it's done in a nice way. It has been put some dedication into it.

 

Water is custom and I'm tweaking the setting based also in this case on the enb settings, still trying to find out the ideal one. As resources I've mixed two external ones with the water from the same author of the flora, in case you have no will or time to find resources for replacing or mixing, nor to spend time for the setting, you could use those set waters (both sea and sewers) from the Floriana Gloria author, they look very nice as they are already.

 

For characters and npcs I got blockhead which is the best possible thing for really personalize character and npcs the way we want.

 

I'm using vanilla head, HGEC H cup body for my character, body textures are from the very good F-INevOblivion skinset, just modified the alpha in the normal and the diffuse (only for character), the npcs got it as it is.

For the faces I like the same mod, just modified both normals and diffuses for both character and npcs for diversify the various races and add a personal touch, still a work in progress.

I know it's not incredibly useful since I don't have exactly this and this, except the very few mods I keep almost untouched, but I've tried to list what I used as bases and resources since for the most it's a mixing and tweaking for suiting personal taste and personal role playing needs.

thanks for the info victoria k, its given me a better understanding of how to make my cyrodil look all fantasy style like yours   i will be using some of the landscape mods you mentioned

 

just wondering how come your not using qarls texture pack?

Yes, tried that too but didn't like the outcome, it's a big work but I'm not very fond of the normals there, it comes down to taste, too bumped for me and somehow too distant from the original look, I try to keep the vanilla style for the buildings as much as possible, it's something I want. I think I will probably use some of qarl's for the dungeons and caves. Like you I'm still building and looking around and there are folders I didn't touched yet at all. We'll see. But if you like the qarl pack entirely, then you are set, it covers pretty much everything. If I'm not mistaken there is also a patch for it and another one in the Oblivion Unofficial Patch dedicated to qarl's pack. That would spare you some time, in any case it's good if you take a look for the landscape at that one I've mentioned because that's a more recent pack and worth to check. Good building!
