Looks like an NPC even his patreon does not have a lot of info. The resolution is low end and detail looks like it is geared towards lower end machines. There are a lot more detailed and high resolution NPCs out there. Seeing its in front of Vampire castle she might be a vampire. There are not many Vampire NPCs out there.
