Belly "Bulge" Mod?

I've seen people make videos that showed a female character's belly distending, or bulging, on insertion, especially with a large cock. It does so seamlessly so even a giant dong won't "go through" the girl. I've been trying to find something that does that. I downloaded "no overpenetration" but even that doesn't seem to fit. No pun intended. There are so many body modifying mods I feel a little lost. Admittedly, I'm kind of a noob when it comes to bodyslide. I'm not sure where to look. I use legendary edition. Can anyone help?

Belly Bulge is a feature of CBPC Physics, which will replace SMP for body physics (but not for "cloth physics," e.g. hair, pendants, skirts, gowns etc.) CBPC is less demanding of computer resources than SMP is, and hence does not impose as large an FPS penalty as using SMP Body physics does. I have been using it since the earliest versions and I can't tell any visual difference between CBPC and SMP body physics except for the Belly Bulge and considerably lower FPS cost.
