IceStroms Horse Boots SSE 1.1.0 has NO textures!

The title says it all!  ANY item of clothing, Armor, or nearly anything needs to have a texture OR all you see is a shiny blue featureless whatever.

I looked in the IceStroms Horse Boots SSE 1.1.0 file and besides the .esp there was a mesh but NO texture.  IF the Texture was IN the .esp file it is not showing up in the game.

The horse boots is this mod is suppose to have several choices as far as details of appearance is concerned... So HOW is that possible with NO textures available in the mod?

The files are still too big to upload directly here, the link ending with "DoI" is the 4k textures, "SSK" is the 2k textures - these links are just the textures and nothing else, pick 1 and download the common files for the actual mod.
