Looking for Male-centered mods

Greetings. I usually play with both male and female characters in my RPGs. I've been looking for an immersive dialogue system to work with male characters, something akin to Babo or SL Approach. So far, I've only found SLEN, which doesn't have an approach option, and Sexlab RDS, which, by what I could read on the support forum, is plagued with many, many bugs. Can anyone point me to any mods that has a relationship/approach system that male PCs could use?

Oh, and I know that OSTIM and its sub-mods exist, but for the life of me I couldn't make the autopilot to work, not even in their Discord was I able to troubleshoot that, so no ORomance for me.

I have to admit that I'm not sure what you want exactly. However, my mod does have dialogue sex which works based on the vanilla relationship system:
