text on screen during SL scenes

I'm having an issue where whenever a sexlab scene starts, the text my crosshair was on right before it started stays onscreen the whole time. It's usually the interact button and the npc's name, since I was talking to them to start the scene, but if I'm not in dialogue it will often grab whatever I was looking at at the time, like opening a chest or whatever. I've recently done a completely new install, but this has happened to me for a long time. 

 

Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried looking for answers but I can't find any, so I'm hoping it's a simple fix that I'm just missing somehow?

Workaround if no solution is found: "tm" in the console. Type "tm" again into the invisible console to reverse its effect.

what @traison said, plus I think there's a recent (past ~6 months) mod that provides a hotkey for the action if you look around at nexus. TM is ieasy though, so that's what I use too.
