Serana swirling Magic effect

Does anyone know of a mod for Serana that gives her that swirling magical effect I've got that happening and I don't know which mod is doing it as it's somewhat distracting, particularly with Sexlab animations

That looks like the effect but, I see that the link you provided is for LE, I'll try it and use CC first to make it 44 from 43  

Mind you, the author said I could just use the Nif file and it should work on AE
