So I tried downloading the update to the CS5 mod, and for some reason it broke the nude mod. Pressing F7 didn't do anything, they were stuck at the base model. It still ran fine, the costumes were still there (with one exception, I think some of Altina's costumes were gone), but I couldn't swap between the different versions

The Reincarnation Passion outfit is one of my favorites. I drew inspiration from her initial outfit, retaining some special elements, like the shoes. To make the outfit sexier, this is the only model with tattoos.

The demo version does not include DLC costumes, so you can only see most people naked. If you just see everyone naked, I think it is enough

Alright, I tried my hand at modding by lewdifying Elise's swimsuit. It turned out pretty well, I think, except I'm having trouble with some clipping issues. Here's a snip of how it looks ingame.

I can't figure out how to resolve this clipping problem. Sculpting will only take me so far, as the top piece is in exactly the wrong position to play nice with the nipples, and the clothing piece itself is too low-poly for sculpting to look good. My solution was to physically move the entire top piece up just enough to be out of the way of the nipples etc... here's how it looks in Blender, before exporting and compiling to pkg.

The adjusted position of the top doesn't seem to carry forward into the game render. What step am I missing? Is it something to do with weights? Still scratching my head over that one.

Feel free to let me know how much of an idiot I am if I've forgotten something obvious.

@MrEaters Is it something to do with weights? The answer to that is yes. Even if the model has bin sculpt the weight stays the same.

You have two options:

1. Weight paint the areas manual.  In your case it should be the bones: Spine2, LeftChest and RightChest.

2.Transfer the weight paint from a donor model in your case the main body mesh to your sculpted mesh . In Blender there is the function in the weight tab to transfer from one model to another, its simply called Transfer Weights.

Using the Reverie Restoration mod with Lakovic's sexy and nude, all seems to be going well except Rixia doesn't seem to be affected in her default outfits, which I assume are being overridden by the Restoration Kuro backports. Can I just delete the reverie_rixia_backport.p3a to fix that? I haven't seen Fie yet to check if her default outfits are also effected or not, but Towa in the intro worked in her instructor default outfit.

 

Edit: this works, for Rixia at least. Haven't seen Fie yet.

Thanks for the tips there everyone... As it turns out, I was using weight painting correctly. Then I went back and re-read through @amorrow28's excellent tutorials and whaddya know I missed the part where transformations have to be applied.

I do feel quite stupid at the moment. On the upside, I now have a rough-cut of a """swimsuit""" for Elise. It's a bit messy under the arms, but I'll take it! (I think I might have to build an entirely new suit model from scratch to make it fit better, which is outside the scope of my abilities... for now).

There may have been changes since I last downloaded the Restoration mod, but I think the backports are packaged as DLC costumes. In that case, they are not overwriting original files. Are you sure Lakovic’s mod was not affecting Rixia’s default clothes, or was it just not affecting the very-similar Restoration DLC costume?

 

Fie’s backported Daybreak clothes do not exist in Reverie without a mod, so Lakovic’s 3dmigoto mod should have no effect on that costume.

Something about reverie_rixia_backport.p3a was messing up Lakovic's mod with Rixia's default outfits. Getting rid of it fixed it though, so good enough for me. Funnily I think the jiggle worked before getting rid of it too.

Alright, I am back once again to request help for my monkey brain. I'm attempting to delete a couple pieces of the accessories mesh from Lakovic's star swimsuit for Alisa because I want to create a variant that deletes the swimsuit proper and leaves the accessories. The accessories mesh includes a couple stars that act as connective pieces for the suit and would look weird if I left them. I followed the Fairy Tail 3dmigoto youtube tutorial on deleting parts of meshes, and this is the result.

The parts I wanted deleted are gone, but a couple of artifacts have now appeared and I have no idea where they came from. I tried removing the relevant pixel shaders (there are two, and I tried each one individually and both at once) from the common shaders file, but all that did was cause the deleted pieces to show up again.

 

I also tried following amorrow's tutorial and using their vb_split.py as an alternative, and the result was even worse.

Similar issue but now the entire mesh has been displaced for some reason. I even tried a few different combinations of the 15 different vb files but while things shifted around the mesh remained cursed.

 

What the heck did I do wrong? All I did was delete a couple pieces of a mesh, which all the tutorials say is, like, the second-easiest thing to do.

 

Edit: Thanks @amorrow28 for the advice. As it turns out, the models from a decompiled pkg and what a 3dmigoto frame dump gives you aren't the same thing.

1. Download my CS5 Reset Mod and extract it.
2. Download the attachment provided by @amorrow28 and extract it.
3. Open the extracted CS5 Reset Mod folder, open `data\dlc`, and delete the `text` folder.
4. Open the folder from the attachment provided by @amorrow28, and copy the `bin` and `data` folders to the CS5 Reset Mod folder.
5. Finally, first copy the `bin` and `data` folders from the `reverie_restoration.p3a.ex` to the game root directory, then copy the `bin` and `data` folders from the CS5 Reset Mod to the game root directory.

#### Option B: Do not keep the DLC outfits from the Reverie Restoration Mod and use all outfits from the CS5 Reset Mod
This operation can adapt to any version of Reverie.

1. Open the `reverie_restoration.p3a.ex\data` folder, delete `dlc` folder.
2. First, copy the `bin` and `data` folders from `reverie_restoration.p3a.ex` to the game root directory, then copy the `bin` and `data` folders from the CS5 Reset Mod to the game root directory.

 

 

I also noticed that the Reverie Restoration Mod provides a playable Arianrhod. Therefore, you need to replace the following files from my mod, and you will get four forms of Arianrhod:（note that the shortcut key for Arianrhod and Ilya is F6.）

So I tried to change the C_CHR033.pkg files and also replacing the common shaders.ini but Arianrhod still does not work, is there another 3 files that interfere with Arianrhod's textures? She appears to be missing her hands and some of her stomach where her stab wound was, Also the F6 command does work but I can't get the Arianrhod skins to work

@JarkesYes, Juna's VOFAN outfit is not included in the free version; you need to purchase the full version of the mod to get it.

Additionally, which outfit are you referring to when you mention Juna's Hotshot outfit? (Perhaps your question isn't related to my mod? I'm not sure if I understand correctly.)

 

@Hak6456I'm using both the Reverie Restoration Mod and the sexy&nude 3.0 mod on my computer, and Arianrhod does work. If it doesn't work for you, please check if the directory for the pkg files is correct. It would be best if you could provide screenshots.

@JarkesSounds to me that you only copied the PKG files of my old mod. It seems that you didn't put the .inf files in the Chr. folder. I may have screwed up at the packing, since it was my first mod, but i haven't heard anything of the sorts.

@lakovic Hi there. I'm currently trying to get a different mod working, `TrailsReverie_NyaaNudeMod`. I dropped the files where it was specified and nothing seems to be working except the overlay text from 3dmagoto. Does the CS5 mod have functionality to just have the characters be nude all the time? If not, I'd still be willing to donate $10 if you could help me get the other mod working. I would have PMed you but I think I need a higher post count to be able to do that.

Alright so I'm trying the CS5 trial mod. Nothing happens. No overlay either. I don't see "sexy&nudeDLC" in the DLC tab. Can someone please help me?
