what does this error message mean? Its coming up all the time

This seems to be a line from a LastException or similar error report (e.g. generated by MC Command Center or Better Exceptions). All by itself, it says pretty much nothing, but the complete error report likely holds more information. There should at least be a file called something like "lastException.txt" in your "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4" folder, and maybe there are other report files (usually .txt or .html format), e.g. in the folder where you installed MC Command Center (if you have that mod).
