Is there a hotkey on the keyboard to make the sim stop what they are currently doing?

i know i can move the cursor down to the far left corner & click it off BUT i'd rather just push a button.

Especially when i'm zoomed in & want them to stop what they are doing.

So is there a hotkey to stop current action?

I looked through the keyboard shortcuts, and it doesn't seem so sorry.

Not sure what you're trying to do exactly, but you could try shift-click and then reset object, should stop most things. It's not hotkey, but still...
