Texture bug on clothing

The Fine Clothes 1 and 2 from BD's Armor and Clothes Replacer - CBBE 3BA (3BBB) on nexus have an odd visual effect when viewed from a slight distance. I think its called the Moiré effect. which is usually unintentional. Maybe it has something to do with the resolution of the textures, but that is just a guess. Does anybody know how this issue occurs and/or how to correct this?

My first guesses would be:

  1. Texture sampling algorithm.
  2. Physical screen resolution; but considering I'm seeing it in your screenshots as well (1440p (A)IPS (or VA) panel) I'd be betting on option #1 above.

In an interior location, a pair of strong light sources (from different angles) sometimes causes that moiré pattern stuff too (on otherwise well behaving clothing textures)

You mean the shadow striping bug that's been in the game since day 1? That's based on the number of lightsources, 3 is the limit I think, so 4 causes striping. Screenshots are from bodyslide tho. Different shaders there.
