I have SKSE64, SkyUI, PapyrusUtil SE - Modders Scripting Utility Functions, and Address Library for SKSE Plugins installed in my mods and Skyrim data, but I keep getting messages that said they weren't installed. Why is that keep happening? Here is my load order. Please tell what I'm doing wrong.

SKSE will not be installed in the data, but directly in the Skyrim folder - and of course unpacked.

Hi.

1) Download skse from skse official site. Open downloaded archive.

2) Take everything as it is (files and data folder) from level where skse .exe file is and put it into folder (in your explorer) where skyrim .exe is.

3) Start game from skse .exe file.

Are you starting the game with the SKSE64 or the original shortcut? You need to start it with SKSE64

Yes, I'm using the SKSE64 Loader and still having problems

Note that there are 5 versions of SKSE (LE,SE,AE VR etc.)
You must install the correct version.
If you use Mod Organizer, the SKSE Launcher must be started from Mod Organizer - not from Skyrim - and NEVER from Steam.
