I would like advice for Mer lady names please. That means Altmer, Bosmer, Dunmer, and Orsimer.

 

Especially if you can come up with a good follow up to a name like Telmi.

Cultural context is indeed important. The tabletop roleplaying game Shadowrun takes place in our world a few decades from now when magic has reawakened and fantasy races has reaffirmed themselves by converting parts of the human population. As such you have elves with fanciful "elven" names while most has completely normal names. Add to this the sad low life "elfposers", non altered humans that try to pretend to be elves using surgery, fanciful clothing and "elven sounding" names and haughty attitude. This subculture are genarally the laughting stock of people from the point of view of both actual elves and normal humans. Yes it is completly normal for an elf to be named Burt in this setting.
