"Lace sandal" heels with blooms feet option [request]

I couldn't find any active mods out there which allows my sims to wear "lace sandal" heels other than the Late Night game (see attached photo for reference)

 

Essentially, I would like a lace version of these shoes:

Mod The Sims - Clear Exotic Dancer Platforms and Stiletto High Heels

 

Again, other than the base game, there are no active mods that can provide ANY "lace sandal" heels.

Sorry for the low resolution. I recovered these from a webcam chat site (www.one2one.com) that is no longer active because it shut down in 2007 and these thumbnails were all I was able to recover of the photo & that girl (Drew) was not only hot but physically perfect on top of being a freak, which made the entire recovery process even more sad ??
