Sex wont work, and it says "nvse cosave unavailable"?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to use sexout in New Vegas (since trying to mod fallout 3 right now is a bitch) and when i load my savegame up, it says "nvse cosave is unavailable", and any times I try and have sex with someone, it doesn't work, and they usually end up freezing in place and me not being able to interact with them, also when i check the console, it constantly says "SubmitQuestForcedTalk is at Stage 2", I believe these errors may be due to me swapping Fallout: New Vegas from my main steam folder onto the one on my USB stick, and transferring that from my laptop to my new PC, I'll attach my modlist below (It'll have to be a video, my mod list is very long)

Also, I think making a new save file fixes the issue? when i started a new game and press the masturbate key, it works.

the cosave file is a save-file specifically for script-variables. If you miss the corresponding cosave file, or it got corrupted, the only option is to go to prior save games, or restart.
