I know nothing about osex.Ā

Ā

But:Ā  If you are new to this you really, really should follow a guide based on the mod manager you are using:

Ā

For example, I use Mod Organizer 2 and Just Don't has a great guide I've used in the past for MO2 to get started with base mods.Ā  From there you can expand once you have a stable base game:

Been a while since i've use Osex, but just make sure you'reĀ  using the correct version of everything, the up to date version of OSA is called Ostim ( wich include an pretty detailed install guide), but this new version is not compatible with the older OSA/Osex, so you may want to look at each mod related to OSA and double check if you install the old versions mods/add-ons, it's a little confusing, but with a little digging you should be able to find the proper set up and make it work

For OStim you should really be using the NG one. There's an install guide here which is quite detailed and worth following. And what you see linked in that guide and in the main OStim NG description is basically what's available for that framework.
