Mods for an Ice Character

Im recreating an old ice-based character of mine and i was wondering if anyone knew of any snow and ice based mods, any will do from weapons, armor, spells to (hopefully) mounts. If you find any for me please leave a link, Thanks.

Forgotten Magic has a set of frost-based spells that you can specialize in, which grow stronger the more you use them.

Best I can think of is the Lich King armor and Frostmourne mods on the nexus.

There is a mod for Arvak that changes his looks and one of the options is a ice form

There is also Colorful magic. It adds a bunch of spells of all elements and schools, including several new cloaks and spells that temporarily enchant your right weapon, weapons and items for a mage/spellsword.

It's pretty simple to make a nice character. Just don't kill Parthunaax, don't become a vampire or werewolf or join any of the guilds, and don't side with the stormcloaks. Also give to beggars (except the one in Markarth).

Well, the mages guild is full of pretty good guys (except one, Ancano aside), and the quest per se is pretty heroic, and the companions aren't exactly bad guys, either (and most of the circle want to stop being werewolves). I agree on the rest, though. Specially with the beggar from Markarth.

Since I have a similar character (Frost mage) I thought this would be the best lace to ask. Is there any way to add the frost texture to your characters skin like they did in the frost elf race shown above? I like the race but I dont much care for the skin texture/color. However they constantly have the snowy residue on their skin and I would love to implement that onto my character if possible.

Would that command just add the spell to my characters spell list? I know the spell frostbite shows the snow residue when casted on targets. As far as spells that do that I am not fully sure. I have looked around Even if there was a spell I am looking for something that stays on the skin constantly as stated in the snow elf race link above.

thanks, but I'm actually looking for something more unique. I'm looking for a mount that says "after i freeze you solid, I'm gonna smash you til you're bloody snowflakes!" if anything like that comes to anyone's mind, let me know.
