Aki K Posted June 18, 2023 Posted June 18, 2023 (edited) EDIT: Found part of my problem. now just trying to find a good method for converting 3bbb to CBBE HDT. Trying to convert this: "https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/47090" to LE and then to CBBE. Followed the steps from this: "https://www.loverslab.com/topic/198236-converting-armour-andor-clothing-from-skyrim-se-to-skyrim-le/" I followed the steps exactly, it was very tedious because there were a lot of textures, and it DID NOT WORK. I triple checked the steps and there's nothing that I skipped or a setting that was misclicked. Are the above steps incomplete? Is there something wrong with the particular armor I am trying to convert? Has there been some change that now requires additional steps to properly convert? AndrewLRG Posted June 18, 2023 Posted June 18, 2023 You can try using SSE NIF Optimizer https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4089 to convert SE armor to LE. Just tried it myself on those atronach armors, seems to be working fine. At least Outfit Studio for LE opens the new .nif files.

Just tried it myself on those atronach armors, seems to be working fine. At least Outfit Studio for LE opens the new .nif files. Tried that method in the past with limited results. However, I found part of my problem. It was a folder sorting issue. At one point in the process I had opened the wrong folder and the meshes didn't actually convert. Now I just need to find a good method to convert 3bbb to CBBE. There was a rough method I used to use, but its extremely tedious and slow, and not fully functional. Additionally, for some reason I cannot delete human style feet from the mod, so it looks like a flame atronach with human feet for some reason. I suppose I could equip boots Edit: Nevermind. Boots take off the armor because the armor occupies multiple slots and I don't know how to change that. but it still looks stupid than just having flame atronach feet. Not sure how to address that issue. Would be fine if I could find a way to make feet invisible but the feet aren't part of the mod. Edited June 18, 2023 by Aki K
