PoV has clogged the pipeline and nobody else has been working on it recently (Formerly, Hexagum was doing a killer job with it, but i assume they either lost interest or life came up) so, for now, there is no date set other than "When i'm done with PoV's next update".

UNLESS you mean TERRAphilia which is the monster-girl version of monsters, in which case, that mod gets tossed around and revived/redone all the time, nobody actually goes through making more monsters it seems, though. Real shame, mod was looking real good.
