Which mod cause it and how I cant prevent it, turn it off or does maybe a mod exist to fix this? Exception: SLDialogues creature dialogue can cause enslavement to creatures if close to one, usually a message box. Also SD+ has it's own surrender function, so careful what hotkey you have chosen for that one. From what I read it sounds like Deviously Enslaved Continued, but I can't see it in your LO. Yeah, that one is a bit suboptimal. The only workaround is to have sex with it, which prevents enslavement.
