mxzero00 Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 I modified xp32's 1st person skeleton that he has out for it such that it now supports the new bodies. I just can't stand the default cam. Also with that, not sure why but for some reason xp32 had the camera height set to like 18 so I adjusted it to 7. Totally crazy I know, but hey. skeletonNEWs.rar skeletonOLDs.rar
Groovtama Posted September 17, 2013 Posted September 17, 2013 The 1st person skeleton for TJOP from the 1.8 xpms pack is incompatible with 0.9.3 version of TJOP. 0.9.3 of TJOP changed the eyebone and 1st person cam position.
mxzero00 Posted September 17, 2013 Author Posted September 17, 2013 Also the project head of TJOP and I didn't quite see eye to eye, no pun intended, about the camera height in the first person. He thought that you shouldn't be able to look down and see the characters neck even if it means that your looking out of it. I thought that you should be at eye level with all the npc's of skyrim who have a scale of 1. So I basically said fuck you and left. I just took a look at his new skeleton, that is an interesting way to set up the camera. Ultimately it doesn't change much, xp32's skeleton works just fine with the current TJOP. I then went ahead and changed the position to match the new camera setup. Doesn't change anything.
CylonSurfer Posted September 20, 2013 Posted September 20, 2013 Did you now? Certainly not how the PM's I have show it, I asked you to leave if you were unable to compromise, work with us and create animations to the same specifications as the rest of the team . Mostly due to your desire to "rush" out work and take shortcuts. Your animations also had the camera placed so high you could see down the characters neck... Something we did not want. I was polite and very civil about the whole affair. I was very disappointed to read your post above.
Min Posted September 21, 2013 Posted September 21, 2013 Thanks to both of you for the skeleton. I noticed a bug with this skeleton while using Dual Sheath Redux (Weapons/Shields showed up beneath my feet), and edited the skeleton mxzero00 provided to have appropriate NiNodes for left handed weapons, as well as on back shields. skeleton.rar
