Eyelashes misaligned on loading CME preset

I have been noticing that there are a couple of CME presets that I recently download that have the eyelashes detached from the correct position, such as in the picture.

There is no sliders to move the eye lashes back or forth. Eyelash length slider doesn't change it. And strangely, eye color slider changes the tip of the eyelashes.

Noticed some of my very old CME presets also have the same problem. Anyone know how can I fix this?

Looks like a head mesh problem to me. High-poly, or not? There's probably other alternatives as well...

No high poly head. Using ECE.

What alternatives could change my face mesh? 

Here's my plugins if you want to look through. Really don't know what could be causing the head mesh problem. Most other characters and CME are fine.

Citrus head is the first that comes to mind.

 

You'd be better off querying your mod manager for this info, as any mod could contain a replacement mesh. The female head mesh is here:

meshes\actors\character\character assets\femalehead.nif

 

Its also possible to add entirely new meshes, to find those you'd have to start by inspecting each mod in xEdit. Find any HDPT records, like for instance this one from high-poly:

 [03] High Poly Head.esm (9B702BC0) \ Head Part \ 03000806 <00KLH_MaleHeadNord>

 

...which adds this head mesh:

KL\High Poly Head\MaleHead.nif

 

...for male nords:

Also remember that it could be the other way around, eyelashes made for high-poly or citrus, and you have the some other mesh.
