Can someone tell me how to convert this outfit to 3BA?

I'm just going to get to the point here. Can anyone tell me how to convert this? Or, if you want, convert it for me? Either way works for me. I'm not planning to upload it anywhere or whatever. I'm just wanting to use this outfit with 3BA. I love this outfit and am sick of waiting for a 3BA conversion. I've also looked everywhere and can't find one.

I tried that and it didn't work. Mod's out of date, I think.
