Mod looks real good and the hex edit explanation did the job.  Only issue I'm having is that the jiggle physics are not working, and I'm positive I've transferred over the appropriate files.

EDIT : its linked to the framerate, with 30 fps giggle looks correct, but i dont want to play with 30 fps 😅

There's so many different possible combinations. So I'm wondering - is it possible to only make the base mesh and have separate packages to only add certain cloth elements? Or maybe the other way around: Having the full clothed body, and using separate package files for empty replacers to get rid of them. Would allow everyone to make their own outfits without dozens of different pre-crafted versions.

I just followed most of this tutorial and this is the result with version 1.09.

Steam is on update 1.09. The default outfit is the only one that worked for me. I like the new collection 1.5.0. The new slim textures look great. Thanks!

Well it's not working for me anymore. It worked for several updates, but now I can only use the first outfit for Nude Hilda and the Arcanic Phantom Mantle outfit. I didn't try the original, without the code being changed though (original outfits only). The new slim outfit looks great, by the way!

Theoretically if you could find the correct filenames could you use multiple of these options by replacing other outfits? I'm not sure how you would go about finding out what to call it, but if that's possible I'd be interested in finding out.
