That's because you have an extra folder, use the on inside of the unzip.

Honestly, I’m more interested in a Hatless Mod than the Barelegs Mod. I don’t understand why nobody seems interested in making one.

I’m very confused. I’ve never tried to take this online. I’ve only ever tried to use it practice mode. Every time I install it her model does not load on the character select and the gave will basically freeze. Are you using Fluffy?

If your graphics card isn't too bad , just wait a moment , you'll see the full character come out.

Her swimsuit mod is like C3 but Hatless and with bikini if ur interested, and its not that nobody seems interested its because we mostly talk about nude mode or what will make a character sexually more attractive there, but ur right this mod should have been done on nexus it seems like they are lazy or doesn't like much to mod Ingrid for whatever reason.

I know, I know this place is mostly about nude mods, so I wasn't really expecting to find a hatless mod here.
I've been checking Nexus since Ingrid dropped and haven't seen a single one. I've only come across a few Reddit threads talking about it. Honestly, that feels kind of weird to me, and it's been a little frustrating, so I ended up complaining about it. If that rubbed anyone the wrong way, I apologize.
By the way, I personally think thigh-highs and tights are way sexier than bare legs, so the original C3 without the hat is pretty much perfect in my eyes. On the other hand, I really don't like C1's hairstyle, and I'd love to see someone make a hair replacement mod for it someday.

This is yet another of the mods that would more likely be found on GameBanana or Nexus. LL is much more focused on nude mods or bikinis at the very least.

That's looking good, I'm glad to see version done by somebody who has seen a breast before, haha

 

I'm working on a v2 of the stockingless c3 to fix some clipping issues. I might also get rid of the bloomers on her skirt for normal panties. In the meantime, there has been some interest so here is the quick and sloppy v1. Posted with the disclaimer that I'm no pro modder, I made it pretty much just to see if I could.
